Surfing Doonbeg 63x53cm framed

This a painting of  the beach next to Doonbeg golf course. I’ve tackled it in a slightly abstract way. I first visited Doonbeg on a surfing trip back in 1980. I stayed in a country cottage along with a load of other surfing friends, had my first pint of Guinness in the Igoe Inn.
